Pack Line Assembler

Pack Line Assembler position at Navitas Systems LLC, a leader in comprehensive energy storage solutions. Conduct battery testing for high voltage battery line, read instructions, follow established procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
• Perform daily testing of high voltage battery assemblies using established test system with PC interface
• Assist in maintaining calibrations on equipment
• Utilize data reporting and tracking method for test data
• Train new personnel in the operation of test equipment
• Must complete high voltage training and strictly adhere to all safety protocol
• Ensure daily 5S of work area (maintain clean and organized work area)
• Be punctual and reliable in attendance
• Follow all company policies regarding safety, quality, and conduct
• Performs in a manner that will prevent errors and omissions
• Provides advisory support and assistance to the department manager as needed
• Responsible for meeting team targets and key performance indicators
• Participate in activities needed to support the management functions of the team
• Follow all safety guidelines and operate in a safe manner
• Physical presence on the job is essential including weekends and holidays if deemed necessary
• Other duties as assigned by management
