Caregiver/PCA (Part-Time)(1st Shift) - Northlake House

Northlake House is seeking a Part-Time Resident Care Team Member or Personal Care Aide (PCA) to deliver high-quality resident care and support in a cutting-edge Memory Care Community. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, preparing meals, and communicating with residents and family members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations
• Must be willing to obtain 80-hour personal care training certificate
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Dedication to and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to make choices, decisions and act in the resident’s best interest
• Competent in organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
