Job Description
Navigator Schools is seeking a Full Inclusion Instructor to work with students and staff in a school setting. This role focuses on providing direct support to students with diverse learning needs, fostering a collaborative environment, and upholding the school culture. The position involves implementation of behavioral and instructional methodologies, student supervision, and ongoing coaching to support student academic and behavioral goals.
Requirements
- AA/AS degree, High School Diploma or GED, and ‘Pass’ on the Navigator Schools Instructional Employee Assessment
- Commitment to student success and learning
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
- Flexibility to changing work environment
