Job Description
Navarro Research and Engineering is seeking a Lead Auditor to perform Quality Assurance (QA) audits of suppliers and project internal organizations, following the NQA-1 requirements, in collaboration with the QA Manager at the Greenville site. The role involves preparation, audit execution, reporting, and follow-up activities. This position is within a federal contract and requires national US citizenship.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years nuclear experience performing audits and least five (5) QA audits within the last three years as a Lead Auditor.
- Current Lead Auditor Certification under Supplier’s approved Quality Program.
- Code/ standard knowledge: DOE O 414 1.D, NQA-1 (Helpful: ASME BPVC, ASME B31.3, AWS D1.1/D1.6, ISO 9001:2015, 10 CFR 830 and 10 CFR Part 21).
- Performance expectations include accuracy, completeness, timeliness, compliance with NQA-1, project procedures, and professionalism.
