Job Description
Navarino, a global technology company, is seeking a Field Service Coordination Engineer to join their Field Service Management team. The role involves organizing service attendances through a global network, participating in shifts, and supporting engineers on site, focusing on providing excellent customer service. This is an on-site position in Singapore.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent
- Experience in customer support
- Good understanding of OSI Layer, TCP/IP networking and firewall
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Working Visa for Singapore
