Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and help shape the future of nutritional supplements. As a key part of our Bayer Performance Hub team, you will be responsible for implementing performance marketing activities for various brands, analyzing performance data, and optimizing results. You will work closely with the eCOM and digital marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of your performance measures with customers.
Requirements
- Initial experience in eCommerce performance marketing
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Organizational skills, with experience in managing projects and stakeholders
- Fluency in English and German
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
