Sr. Paralegal – Mutual Funds

The Sr. Paralegal – Mutual Funds is responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and resolving issues in connection with providing legal administrative services to client(s) assigned, including: disclosure/registration services, corporate secretarial/ governance services and other regulatory or legal support required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mutual fund paralegal/legal administration experience preferred
• Proficiency in legal requirements of mutual fund governance and registration required
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and legal research tools
• Project management skills
