Job Description
The Director of Investment Operations will ensure the operational success of the Active Index Advisors (AIA), Natixis’ Direct Indexing business. This role involves leading operational efficiency, establishing high service levels, and prioritizing client and technology investments. The position requires strong leadership, risk management, and collaboration with various internal teams to align strategic goals with operational objectives.
Requirements
- Manage, measure, and improve operational success for the Direct Indexing, multi-discipline and affiliate products.
- Lead the vendor oversight program for outsourced services.
- Evaluate roles & responsibilities, workflow processes, systems, and technology architecture.
- Collaborate with the investment team and Technology team.
- Navigate market volatility through contingency planning and operational resilience.
