Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership skills to manage direct reports and improve business outcomes.
- Experience in reinsurance.
- Proficiency in Excel, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
- Actuarial designation required, generally as an FCAS.
