IT Project Manager- Full Performance

The NRO is looking for an IT Project Manager to manage complex IT and cybersecurity projects for intelligence and reconnaissance systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying IT principles, concepts, methods, and standards to accomplish assignments, as well as a strong knowledge of IT security concepts, standards, and methods.

Requirements

• Managing complex IT and cybersecurity projects for intelligence and reconnaissance systems
• Developing project plans, schedules, and resource requirements
• Monitoring project activities and evaluating accomplishments
• Providing expert technical advice on project management matters
• Developing and interpreting policies and procedures for IT project management
• Making decisions or recommendations that significantly influence important agency IT projects
• Ensuring cybersecurity requirements are integrated throughout the project lifecycle
• Managing the implementation of security controls and risk management frameworks
• Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with mission requirements
• Overseeing the acquisition of IT systems and services in accordance with federal regulations
