UPS/Electrical Inside Sales Representative

National Power is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Electrical Power Quality division primarily UPS. The role involves supporting Outside Sales/Account Managers and customers with their uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and related data center solutions business.

Requirements

• Manage incoming calls and emails from customers regarding UPS solutions
• Collaborate with Outside Sales/Account Managers and Order Management specialists
• Provide technical expertise on products and services for data center and mission-critical power applications
• Create sales quotes using Business Central (BC), Eaton Bid Manager, and other internal or vendor-supplied tools
• Manage workflow, opportunities, and activity documentation in our ERP system, D365 CRM, in conjunction with Account Managers
• Support inventory management and operational tasks as needed
• Coordinate service sales lead distribution processes
