Insurance Agent

We are seeking an Insurance Agent to join our high-volume inbound call center, where you'll sell new policies and provide customer service to current policyholders. This role requires strong customer service skills, initiative, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty license strongly preferred
• Minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
• Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
