Job Description
We have per diem shifts available now in our Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities! As an AGENCY Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and oversee the implementation of care plans.
Requirements
- Valid state license (LPN) in New Hampshire
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Strong clinical skills, including the administration of medications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
