This role is responsible for assisting in the design and development of learning materials to support our business needs.
Requirements
- Design and develop instructional materials including presentations, eLearning modules, job aids, and other learning resources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members on learning initiatives to understand and respond to business needs.
- Apply basic adult learning theory and instructional design practices to create engaging learning experiences.
- Support Needs Assessment processes to identify gaps and recommend strategies for improvement, setting clear performance-based objectives and measures.
- Assist in creating, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions.
- Develop learning assets in a variety of formats, including but not limited to Instructor Led Training (ILT/vILT), eLearning, job aids, and video.
- Develop learning experiences using a systemic design process (ADDIE/SAM) that supports continued quality, speed of delivery, and learning reinforcement.
- Facilitate (as necessary) development programs to Team Members using adult learning principles and a blended learning approach.
