Requirements
- Utilize client relationship management software (Salesforce)
- Resolve client inquiries and complex scenarios with empathy and confidence
- Document client discussions clearly and concisely
- Present settlement proposals to clients for approval
- Escalate and direct clients to leadership and other departments as needed
