Job Description
The Maintenance Technician ensures the proper operation, safety, and upkeep of senior housing facilities, performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of residential or apartment maintenance experience
- Skilled in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (HVAC, OSHA, etc.) a plus
- Valid driver's license
