Maintenance Technician job description: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for general building maintenance, including preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and completion of work orders. The role involves supervising and assisting outside service personnel and vendors, reporting major repair and maintenance needs to the supervisor, and adhering to schedule and taking assigned on-call duties.
