Natera is a global leader in cell-free DNA testing. We are looking for a highly motivated Scientist with a strong focus on reagent and process optimization to join the Early Cancer Detection product development team.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and validate automated high-throughput NGS assays
• Manage assigned technical projects and associated timelines and deliverables
• Mentor junior employees
• Collaborate with other assay development scientists
• Work with Clinical Laboratory and Quality Assurance
• Coordinate with multiple internal groups
• Write project protocols, reports and SOPs
• Plan and execute verification activities
• Identify areas for continuous improvement
