Job Description
Natera is seeking a Medical Director, Hematologic Oncology to lead clinical development and ensure the scientific integrity of oncology testing solutions. This strategic leadership role involves collaborating with research, development, commercial, and medical affairs teams, representing Natera at conferences and advocating for the company's oncology offerings. The position requires expertise in hematologic oncology and cross-functional collaboration to drive success in clinical trials.
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree with board certification in Hematology/Oncology
- At least 5 years of experience in oncology (with clinical research & development preferred)
- Clinical experience and strong knowledge in hematologic malignancies (lymphoma preferred)
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Project management skills
