Job Description
Natera is seeking a Manager, Clinical Lab-Extractions to oversee and direct the development, planning, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes for new products and technologies. This role involves ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and CLIA/CAP guidelines, monitoring labor, capital, and spending, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring quality control. The Manager will collaborate with various teams to optimize the laboratory’s operations and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, laboratory science, chemical, physical, or biological sciences with 4.5+ years of industry-related experience
- 5+ years of industry-related experience with at least 2 years in a clinical laboratory
- Current ASCP certification in molecular biology (CLS, MLS, MB, MT)
- Current CA State CGMBS or CLS license
