Job Description
Nashville General Hospital is hiring for a Full-Time Days Registered Nurse (RN) in their Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This 2:1 patient ratio unit aims to deliver quality care, offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The RN will be responsible for administering medication, monitoring vital signs, managing respiratory and ventilator care, and coordinating patient care.
Requirements
- Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
- Provide respiratory, and ventilator management and monitoring for patients.
- Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of your healthcare team.
