The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will lead and oversee the company’s daily operations, strategic initiatives, and growth efforts. This role is responsible for expanding the company’s influence in schools, managing events, building community engagement, and promoting the brand and its values.
Requirements
- Serve as a strategic partner to the founders/CEO, helping shape priorities and translate the company’s vision into clear operational plans and initiatives.
- Design and manage the company’s operating rhythm (leadership meetings, planning cycles, all-hands, and key check-ins), ensuring clear agendas, decisions, and follow-up.
- Lead cross-functional projects across operations, programs, partnerships, marketing, and community, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely execution.
- Build and grow strategic partnerships with schools, educational institutions, and other stakeholders, often representing the organization and/or founders in key relationships.
- Plan and oversee key events, workshops, and community gatherings, ensuring they are aligned with strategic priorities and reinforce the organization’s brand and mission.
- Guide brand, marketing, and communication efforts, including drafting or reviewing key internal and external communications to ensure consistent, values-aligned messaging.
- Native or professional-level proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
