Senior Executive, Student Administration

The School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences is seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Executive to join the Undergraduate Academic Office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience or Diploma with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with students, faculty and team members.
• Familiarity with higher education policies and regulations is a plus.
• Responsible and reliable.
• Proactive and positive attitude towards work tasks.
• Possesses characteristics of being assertive and meticulous.
