The Assistant Manager, Student Engagement and Development (Undergraduate Programmes) will play a vital role in enhancing the undergraduate experience at NTUpreneur, promoting the SMiE and MiE programmes, and building a vibrant NTUpreneur community.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognised Institute of Higher Learning.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in student engagement, student development, or programme/event management within a tertiary-education environment, with some supervisory exposure.
- Strong planning, organisational and multi-tasking abilities to manage student-related projects, events and outreach activities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, build rapport and engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with familiarity in social-media tools, digital communications and basic design applications.
- Demonstrated ability to collect, analyse and report data for programme evaluation and improvement.
- Empathy and sensitivity in working with students, with the ability to foster inclusion, collaboration and a positive student experience.
- Strong social-media awareness and creativity in producing engaging digital content; experience in video editing or graphic-design tools will be an advantage.
- Proactive, resourceful and student-centred, demonstrating initiative, sound problem-solving and effective time-management skills.
- Team-oriented and adaptable, able to work independently and perform under pressure while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
