Job Description
Nakupuna Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Administrator IV to configure, maintain, and improve Salesforce platforms to support organizational efficiency, user adoption, and system security.
Requirements
- Administer Salesforce user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Monitor Salesforce system performance, data integrity, and availability.
- Implement Salesforce security measures, including multi-factor authentication, IP restrictions, and field-level security.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce features such as objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and flows.
- Maintain system documentation and create end-user training materials.
- Conduct regular system upgrades, patches, and release readiness activities.
- Manage Salesforce environments, including sandboxes and production orgs.
- Implement Salesforce integrations with other systems or applications using APIs, middleware, and AppExchange solutions.
- Support Salesforce automation (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes) to reduce manual work.
- Monitor system logs, errors, and integrations to ensure operational continuity.
- Partner with Salesforce developer teams to align platform with enterprise security and compliance standards.
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 Salesforce support, resolving complex user issues.
- Deliver onboarding and training for new users.
- Support governance processes, data stewardship, and system change management.
- Collaborate with business units to capture requirements and optimize CRM functionality.
