Job Description
Nakupuna Companies is looking to hire a Material Coordinator to support the NAVAIR Command Property Office Warehouse Optimization Project. The role is to provide logistical support services for inventory management and physical material expertise client warehouse located in Richmond, VA.
Requirements
- Perform receipt, stow, issue, & ship, along with other basic warehouse functions
- Perform physical inventories in accordance with client policy
- Perform material coordination efforts to organize and position assets in accordance with client policy and operational requirements
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (training to be provided)
- Keep Nakupuna project leadership team abreast of any issues of potential impact to achievement of contract deliverables or accomplishment of client mission
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and on-the-job safety requirements
