Data Analyst

Nakupuna Companies is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team, requiring a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should be familiar with military courtesies and have strong oral and written communication skills.

Requirements

• Provide applicable reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to analyze timelines, performance, statistics, workload balancing, and trend and predictive analysis.
• Present findings and translate the data into useable formats.
• Compile, organize, and clean data for input into dashboards.
• Apply sound strategies for obtaining quality data from different sources, integrating, and developing actionable information to support quantitative analysis.
• Assist in the design of processes, tools, or databases to distill key findings and provide recommendations to improve the program.
• Maintain and collect data using different tools and statistical techniques such as MS SQL queries from various databases, such as but not limited to MS Excel, MS Access, SharePoint and data management systems to provide accurate and reliable administrative reports, presentations and dashboards, as required.
• Provide program management support functions, to include note taking and brief development.
