Learning & Development Officer

Develop, implement, and oversee soft skill training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance, and support and facilitate the full performance management cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or any other related field.
• Certified Trainer with recognized Train the Trainer certification.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
