Senior Development Manager Platform (m/f/d)

We're looking for a Senior Development Manager Platform to lead the strategic development of platform services, including OS management, database & middleware management, technical application management, cloud-native services, and platform security.

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a degree in computer science/business informatics, or equivalent qualification combined with relevant professional experience.
• Extensive experience in platform services, including OS management, database and middleware administration, technical application management, cloud-native services, and platform security.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and project management methodologies, with proven experience in technical project leadership and/or architecture within complex platform environments.
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, solution-oriented mindset, excellent communication and leadership skills, combined with customer focus and persuasive capabilities.
• Proficient in architectural and project management tools as well as common MS Office applications.
• Business fluent in German and English.
