Requirements

• Hands-on experience in HR transformation, ideally working with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to optimize HR processes and integrate technology
• Confidence working with HR-IT license and metric models
