Job Description
N26 is seeking a proactive Manager to lead its AFC Operations department, ensuring compliance with Anti-Financial Crime regulations and establishing a robust compliance culture. This role involves guiding team leads, improving internal processes, mitigating risks, and providing regulatory expertise to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be data-driven and possess strong leadership skills.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Anti Financial Crime, AML, Compliance or similar fields.
- Demonstrated proven experience in managing teams and influencing organizational structures.
- Comprehensive understanding of the local regulatory framework in Italy.
- Proficient in English and Italian.
