Job Description
N26 is seeking a Senior Associate / SAR Delegate to join the French MLRO Team. This role involves coordinating Anti Financial Crime Operations, drafting SARs, reviewing investigations, and providing training. The position requires a strong background in Bank Financial Crime, operational experience in an international setting, and a track record as an excellent investigator. It emphasizes a proactive and compassionate approach to client interactions and high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Background: Graduate in law or from a Grande Ecole, or from a similar qualification.
- Professional experience in anti-financial crime, with at least 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in operational functions, including investigation and SAR drafting.
- Excellent knowledge of EU and French financial crime regulations.
- Fluency in French and English.
- In-depth knowledge of banking regulations.
- Strong analytical and advisory skills.
- Hands-on mindset and willingness to learn.
