Job Description
Mysten Labs is building foundational infrastructure for decentralized protocols, seeking a Technical Accounting Specialist to own complex accounting and regulatory matters. The role involves researching and drafting technical memos, supporting M&A/restructuring transactions, and contributing to financial reporting. They are focused on accurate, audit-ready, and defensible financial reporting in the crypto industry.
Requirements
- CPA (active) or equivalent experience
- Solid foundation in U.S. GAAP (ASC)
- Experience drafting technical accounting memos and disclosures
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proficiency with ERP systems and accounting automation tools
- Strong communication skills
