We are seeking a Recruiter Intern to assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition, and possess good communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Final-year students or fresh graduates from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other relevant majors
- Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working with data
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with targets
