Editor (mid weight)

We're looking for a mid-weight Editor to join our London team and work closely with our Head of Post Production. The ideal candidate is confident with narrative structure, works efficiently under pressure, and enjoys collaborating with producers, designers, and animators to bring creative ideas to life.

Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience as an editor, ideally within an agency or production company
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro on PC
• Experience in After Effects is a strong advantage
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual sense
• Comfortable working with varied content types (interviews, B-roll, drone footage, motion graphics)
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Ability to take direction while working independently to deadlines
