We are seeking a Patient Advocate Manager to lead a team of Patient Advocate Supervisors and achieve department objectives through effective communication and driving accountability. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including supervisory experience, and possess strong communication and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Day-to-day supervision of a team of Patient Advocate Supervisors
- Achieve department objectives through effective communication and driving accountability
- Maintain and monitor compliance of direct reports with all departmental policies
- Interact with patients, clinicians, insurers, and internal staff to ensure timely and accurate testing
- Analyze, develop, and communicate process improvements to support scalability
- Participate in multi-department teams responsible for implementing new testing services or updating existing procedures
- Hire, develop, and train qualified employees
- Manage, support, and grow an effective culture for the team
- Perform annual performance reviews and take appropriate action related to staff performance
- Utilize data to drive operating efficiency and continuously improve the experience for customers
- Resolve customer experience escalations
- Participate in the Quality Assurance plan
- Comply with applicable CLIA and HIPAA regulations
