Requirements

• Champion the Player: Always advocate for the user. Make sure every feature makes MyPrize more fun, more social, or more rewarding.
• Drive Product Initiatives: Own the full product lifecycle across key initiatives — from research and scoping through execution, launch, and iteration.
• Use Data to Inform: Make decisions based on analytics, feedback, and user behavior. Run tests, analyze results, and iterate fast.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with design, engineering, and operations to align priorities and move fast.
• Craft Clear Requirements: Write tight, actionable specs and communicate decisions clearly with all stakeholders.
• Move Fast: Ship MVPs early, test often, and never over-polish when you can learn faster.
