Job Description
The Scheduling Manager builds and leads the scheduling function for the myPlace Health PACE program, designing workflows, team structure, and KPIs that deliver timely, coordinated access to primary care, specialists, therapies, assessments, and transportation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
- At least 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role in a healthcare setting
- 5+ years of experience in patient scheduling within a health plan or managed care environment
- Experience in a PACE program, managed care, or other value-based care environment strongly preferred
