Flare is a leading provider of advanced benefits and onboarding solutions designed for the modern workplace. We are looking for a B2B Growth Marketer to drive engagement, activation and growth across our existing business accounts, while supporting top-of-funnel B2B lead generation.
Requirements
- Proven experience driving B2B growth in lifecycle, retention, ABM or similar growth marketing roles, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Hands-on experience running integrated campaigns across LinkedIn, digital performance channels, CRM and website, including multi-channel engagement programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and account-level data, define and track KPIs, and use insights to improve growth and ROI.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously—mapping customer journeys and aligning activity to lifecycle stages while maintaining quality and speed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for business audiences, with proven success partnering cross-functionally with sales, product and B2C marketing teams and managing senior stakeholders.
- Highly outcome-focused, comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment, with a test-and-learn mindset and the ability to adapt campaigns based on performance insights.
