We are looking for a Customer Advisor to join our dynamic team at our site in Strausberg as soon as possible. The Customer Advisor will advise customers on funeral and pre-planning topics, create individual offers, plan burials and memorial services, and perform administrative tasks.

Requirements

• First professional experience in customer advisory or retail
• Prior experience in the funeral industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and high service orientation
• Empathy and compassion
• Good PC skills and ability to quickly learn new software
• Attentive, reliable, and sense of order
