Clinical Manager - Optometrist (OD)

The Clinical Manager will lead and develop a team of Doctors in their assigned geographic area, focusing on doctor availability, clinical excellence, patient experience, and doctor engagement. This role involves coaching, performance management, conducting office visits, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards. The position reports to the Regional Clinical Director.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in a similar organization
• Experience with both medial and retail/optical optometry
• Leadership within optometric multi-office management preferred
