Sous chef Sinus - Köpingsvik

Sinus, a restaurant on Öland's most beautiful and loveliest beach, just a short bike ride from Borgholm! We offer a really lovely atmosphere with a magical sunset just a few meters from the sea. Abroad, but in Sweden. That's how we feel. That's also one of the reasons why we serve food with flavors from southern Europe. We are looking for a sous chef for the summer of 2026! Start on June 15th to August 9th.

Requirements

• Experience working in larger restaurants with high pressure
• Ability to inspire and help the head chef to lead a group
• Flexibility in work and ability to adjust according to needs
• Quality-assuring the food that goes out both in terms of product and on time
• Cooperating with both the kitchen and the service as well as other managers
