Requirements

• Trained chef or equivalent experience
• Good gastronomic knowledge and understanding of ingredients, flavors, and cooking methods
• Experience of lunch operations and/or catering
• Structured work manner and ability to plan and work efficiently
• Professional, meticulous, and wants to cook food they stand behind
