Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Experience Specialist (online)
• Experience with support solutions such as Zendesk
• Sense of responsibility and reliability, with strong organizational and time management skills, and a good initiative spirit
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
• Demonstrated experience with CRM systems
• Results-driven team player, able to work effectively independently and as part of a team to solve problems
• Excellent attitude towards customers, users, and colleagues alike
• Bachelor's degree in marketing (preferable)
