Job Description
MyAdvice helps healthcare and legal practices grow through an all-in-one digital marketing and AI-powered Success Center platform. The role of Marketing Coach focuses on strategic client leadership, guiding clients through their lifecycle, and driving profitable growth through marketing strategies and best practices. The position is key to maintaining strong client relationships and fostering a high-accountability environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Strategy, or Marketing Consulting (SaaS or digital marketing preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience managing SMB clients and tying strategies to business outcomes.
- Confidence in resolving client escalations.
- Strong time management and ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
