We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team in Amstelveen. In this role, you will combine your leadership experience with your sense of style and service. Together with your team, you will create an inspiring store experience, a perfectly presented boutique, and happy customers who leave with a smile.
Requirements
- Execute and coordinate all store activities
- Support the Store Manager and be their backup in case of absence
- Brainstorm and develop opportunities for My Jewellery
- Identify customer wishes and fulfill them as best as possible
- Ensure good store performance and achieve KPIs
- Manage the inventory and respond to local events
- Provide high-quality service and strive for the best result
