Senior- Operating Cost Calculator/ Ancillary Cost Calculator (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Senior- Operating Cost Calculator/Ancillary Cost Calculator to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will have commercial education in the real estate sector or several years of experience in the real estate sector, accounting experience, and knowledge of operating cost law.

Requirements

• Commercial education in the real estate sector (e.g. a real estate clerk education) or several years of experience in the real estate sector
• Accounting experience and knowledge of operating cost law
• Ideally, basic knowledge of SAP, Yardi, IMS, REALAX and iX-Haus
• Fluent German knowledge
