Junior Technisch Manager | VvE | Eindhoven

We are looking for a Junior Technical Manager to join our VvE team in Eindhoven. As a Junior Technical Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and maintenance status of immovable property, preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets, and more.

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level with a degree in, for example, Building Technical Business Administration, Building or Electrical Engineering
• Several years of relevant work experience in VvE and/or property management or the construction industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Independent and result-oriented, structured, eager to learn and critical
• In possession of a valid driving license
