IT Support Specialist II

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist II to provide technical software, hardware, and network support to MVB Financial Corp. businesses. The role requires frequent contact with other technology personnel, departments, and remote personnel. The position requires a high school diploma, four years of IT related studies or work experience, and knowledge of network systems support and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Provide technical software, hardware, and network support to MVB technology users
• Install and terminate low voltage communications cables
• Proactively report or address potential issues in offices and remote operations
• Assist with testing of hardware and software applications
• Track support requests in our ticketing system
• Identify recurrent issues
• Responsible for providing scheduled technical support to MVB locations
• Responsible for inventory control of IT equipment
