Job Description
Mutual of Omaha is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to support high-producing Loan Officers in the Encino area. The role involves supporting loan origination, completing loan applications, maintaining customer communication, and ensuring accurate documentation. It's a full-service lending company focused on providing value to customers and employees.
Requirements
- Previous mortgage loan officer assistant or processor experience required.
- Maintain education with regulatory and industry standards and requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
- Strong customer service/ presentation skills.
- Highly Self-Motivated and proactive.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to problem solve and define root issues.
- Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products.
